When you first enquire you will be greeted by our project coordinators, headed up by Carrie. With a background in Events Management Carrie is well equipped with the skills and experience to meticulously organise each job with an essential eye for detail, and of course, fab customer service! The team will discuss your requirements, ideas, budget, time frame and anything else that relates to your project. They will steer your job through the system & make sure its in the right place at the right time.
Once we have established your needs, we can start the design process. This is where you will meet the almighty Alb who is the head of design! With years of experience (more than he would care to admit) of design within the industry, you are in good hands. If you have a vision but you are struggling to bring it to life, Alb has bundles of ideas, creativity and an eye for details that will make sure your thoughts and ideas are brought to life. We will send you a proof to approve before we do any production and don’t worry, we can tweak the designs to make sure its right for you!
Once you have approved the design and boring technicalities like the budget, your project will be put into production to Mr Grahams team, with the famous Can-Do Attitude! Graham is a part of the furniture here at Pennine Signs after being here for over 20 years! So, its fair to say he has seen it all and knows the business inside and out. He will make sure the designs you have created will be prepared to the highest standard and be prepared carefully ready for Adam’s team to manufacture or Craig’s fitters to install.
If you require signage, planters, café barriers or joinery products then collectively Craig and Adam’s teams work well together to manufacture your order to be strong, durable and fit for purpose! Although Adam rarely surfaces before 10am as he is a bit of night Owl. Once he is here though, his years of experience within the signage industry come to light as he has been in it from the young age of 15!
Craig, who is the complete opposite and up at the crack of dawn, will be on hand to fit your signage and vehicle graphics either here at our Mytholmroyd head office, or anywhere else in the UK, or even worldwide! Except for when a new Marvel film comes out, then he will be on do not disturb mode whilst watching at the first available midnight showing.
Finally, if you havent settled your account already with the project coordinators, you will meet The Enforcer that is Rachel the accounts manager. Rachel makes sure that all the projects are priced fairly and always makes sure our own bills are paid on time! If bills are not paid, beware, she is a Triathlon Athlete and could outrun, bike or swim you any day of the week!
Oh, and then there is Bruce, the office pooch! 😊
