How We Personalise Workwear

If you would like your staff to be easily recognisable and look professional then you are in the right place. We personalise our workwear with the highest standard of materials and machinery.

You can either provide your own clothing to be personalised or we can supply the garments and the personalisation for you!

We have two different methods, Heat stamping and Embroidery. Heat stamping is used for everything except for fleeces and softshell jackets, as the heat from the machine can cause damage to the material. Embroidery can be used across the board however we wouldn’t recommend large logos on the back of t-shirts as it may be too heavy for the material.

How we personalise our workwear is explained in more detail below:

Personalised branded workwear

Heat Stamping

To create your personalised workwear using vinyl we use computerised cutters to cut out the logo from the vinyl. Then our trusty production team carefully place the logo onto the garment as per the proof you approve.

The heat stamping machine is used to apply a whopping 150 degrees to the vinyl and garment for 15 seconds. This transfers the vinyl from the plastic backing to the garment giving you personalised workwear. For good measure we remove the plastic cover and re apply the heat for a further 15 seconds to ensure the quality of the stamp is consistent.

Due to the heat applied by the machine, some garments cannot take the temperature, such as sports wear or high viz workwear. In this case we use a special vinyl specifically made to personalise these types of garments. The heat press is then used at 120 degrees for 5 seconds to ensure the garment does not over heat.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a great way to help promote your business and brand but also to add a touch of professionalism to your team. This technique requires us to digitalise your logo which allows the computerised embroidery machine to do its magic.

The machine holds the garment securely in place until the embroidery has been completed. This ensures the quality of embroidery is consistent across all items.
