As a waste management site, the health and safety information for this job needed to be well located and in an easy to ready format. They wanted to display it on the first sign people would see when they came to their facility.

The main sign we designed and produced for them was a whopping 6ft x 4ft in size, made from aluminium composite and attached to two 76mm diameter steel posts. The first box displayed the PPE symbols including boots, high visibility vest and hard hats. The second box showed the beware of moving traffic.

The third box asked for visitors report to reception and finally the fourth box asked visitors to keep to pedestrian walkways.

Further to this they also had signage dotted around to caution people about moving plant a and risk of mud being on the road. These signs were done with reflective vinyl to increase their visibility in poor weather conditions and in low lighting.

walls, external and internal signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade vinyl which can be printed to, making your
designs come to life.

Wrap Vinyl – Wrap vinyl is designed for, and used most commonly, to be fitted into recessed areas and follow the
contours of a van to give a full, professional finish without any noticeable breaks in the print. It can also be used to wrap
certain 2D and 3D objects.

Once we know the vehicle information we can use templates to create the proof, this will show you what the design will look like on a template of your vehicle (templates may not be available for rare or brand new models, in this case we will use images of your vehicle itself.
