This case study demonstrates how we differ from other signage companies! We will continually go the extra mile for our customers. This client wanted a shop facia sign with personality!

She already had the design sorted but she didn’t want it to just be another printed sign. The idea was to show all the different textures of the individual letters somehow and incorporate an Avatar she had made of herself.

This is where our manufacturers went above and beyond and decided to get the arts and crafts out! They created each letter as individuals as close to the design as possible, detailed as below:

To supply a brand-new tray wrapped with a full print, then the logo to the left will be CNC cut & raised off with studs. The lettering saying Hairspray will also be CNC cut from aluminium composite & raised off on studs.

Each of the letters to have the following proposed finishes:

– The H was printed to a white reflective vinyl, so the letter reflects light on an evening, similar to how street signs reflect car headlights

– The A & Y was matt white with the outside being an actual bronze glitter that is sealed & lacquered up
– The I and second R was done in silver crystals along

– The first R was a metallic gun metal silver vinyl with the outside area being in reflective that is printed pink

– The S was done using pink glittery vinyl

– The large P was in white reflective over a matt pink outer colour for a contrast finish from the gloss & matt on the one letter

– The second A was done in silver glitter fabric that was bonded over the square with the pink of the A being in a gloss baby pink as per the design

– The word salon would be a full print as per the design & the telephone number in a dark silver glitter vinyl

– The tray sign would then be fitted over the existing frame with the existing rotten ply boards removed

The images of this sign do not do our manufacturers hard work justice at all! The workshop was covered in glitter for days after creating this well textured sign. It really was a fun design to create and bring to life! The customer was over the moon with the finished result.

Cut Vinyl – Our cut vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal walls,
external and internal signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade that is made to last and comes in a variety of
colours.

Printed Vinyl – Our printed vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal
walls, external and internal signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade vinyl which can be printed to, making your
designs come to life.

Wrap Vinyl – Wrap vinyl is designed for, and used most commonly, to be fitted into recessed areas and follow the
contours of a van to give a full, professional finish without any noticeable breaks in the print. It can also be used to wrap
certain 2D and 3D objects.

Once we know the vehicle information we can use templates to create the proof, this will show you what the design will look like on a template of your vehicle (templates may not be available for rare or brand new models, in this case we will use images of your vehicle itself.
