We understand the constraints bus fleet managers have. When you need your bus livery doing you need it doing right. We undertake re advert wraps and our fitters have worked from all across the UK. We print, cut, produce and fit everything through our in house team.

Furthermore we understand that you need repairs for when those little accident moments happen, so all the livery we do is stored in our master files. This means that we can do repair sections to your livery ensuring you always look the best on the road.

Materials Information

Cut Vinyl – Our cut vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal walls, external signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade that is made to last and comes in a variety of colours.

Printed Vinyl – Our printed vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal walls, external signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade vinyl which can be printed to, making your designs come to life.

Wrap Vinyl – Wrap vinyl is designed to be fitted into recessed areas and follow the contours of a van to give a full, professional finish without any noticeable breaks in the print. It can also be used to wrap certain 2D and 3D objects. At Pennine Signs we strive for a quality finish and invest in the latest technologies to make sure this happens consistently.

That’s why we print all our vehicle graphics in house on our own HP Latex Printer. The advantage of using a Latex Printer is that the print doesn’t need to be left for over 24hours to gas off and dry like solvent printers or eco solvent machines.

This means that we can have a quick turnaround for when you need it the most. No waiting around, you tell us your deadline and we will do our best to hit it for you!

Do you have a logo? If so send it across to hello@penninesigns.co.uk in a high resolution PDF format to see if we can use it on your design.
Once we know the vehicle information we can use templates to create the proof, this will show you what the design will look like on a template of your vehicle (templates may not be available for rare or brand new models, in this case we will use images of your vehicle itself.
