This case study shows how we don’t always work directly with the end user, on this job we worked with another designer who created all the artwork and just need us to make his clients vision into a reality.
He had some great fun and vibrant ideas that we were delighted to help with! The signage was for a local nursery, they wanted to have a theme running through the building with a character to help illustrate all the different stations inside.
The external sign needed to have a 3D element to it, we decided the rainbow and clouds would look great raised off the main sign using locators. This meant we needed to make this in two separate parts.
First, the main sign was cut out using our in-house CNC machine from aluminium composite, then a full print was applied to the face. The rainbow was also CNC cut out from the same material with a full print applied, the sign was hand trimmed to ensure a smooth finish, then applied to the main sign with locators.
The client was so pleased with the product that we were also asked to produce all of the internal signage for the nursery as well. Again, this was made with aluminium composite with a full digital print applied to the face.
Due to the prints being laminated they are easy to wipe clean which makes them perfect for the nursery!

We have a few different options for sign media:
Cut Vinyl – Our cut vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal walls,
external and internal signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade that is made to last and comes in a variety of
colours.
Printed Vinyl – Our printed vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal
walls, external and internal signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade vinyl which can be printed to, making your
designs come to life.
Wrap Vinyl – Wrap vinyl is designed for, and used most commonly, to be fitted into recessed areas and follow the
contours of a van to give a full, professional finish without any noticeable breaks in the print. It can also be used to wrap
certain 2D and 3D objects.

Once we know the vehicle information we can use templates to create the proof, this will show you what the design will look like on a template of your vehicle (templates may not be available for rare or brand new models, in this case we will use images of your vehicle itself.
