Here we have an outdoor flex face light box.
What is that some people might ask?
Well if you’re not in the sign trade you probably will not know so here is our simple answer:
The flex face light box is called this because it features a flexible PVC banner which is stretched and pulled across the front of the light box to create a taught skin. Th PVC banner is not just a standard banner, it is specifically manufactured so it can be backlit to illuminate the graphic across the full face.
Most retail parks or super-sized illuminated signs you see use flex faced systems as it is a cost-effective way to create an impressively large illuminated sign. The flex face shown here might look small in the image however it was over 5m square.

If you would like a smaller light box with an acrylic or frosted acrylic front, then we can provide either a Slim case or a Twin case light box. A slim case is 111mm deep in total and is suited for internal use only. A twin case is 163mm deep in total and is suited for external use.
The light boxes are available in a mill finish, silver anodised, or powder coated to a RAL colour of your choice. They can be hung up from either the front to back to be fitted flush to a wall.

We have a few different options for sign media:
Cut Vinyl – Our cut vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal walls,
external and internal signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade that is made to last and comes in a variety of
colours.
Printed Vinyl – Our printed vinyl is backed with a permanent self adhesive that allows the product to be fitted to internal
walls, external and internal signs, glass and vehicles. It is an exterior grade vinyl which can be printed to, making your
designs come to life.
Wrap Vinyl – Wrap vinyl is designed for, and used most commonly, to be fitted into recessed areas and follow the
contours of a van to give a full, professional finish without any noticeable breaks in the print. It can also be used to wrap
certain 2D and 3D objects.

Once we know the vehicle information we can use templates to create the proof, this will show you what the design will look like on a template of your vehicle (templates may not be available for rare or brand new models, in this case we will use images of your vehicle itself.
