This customer had a very clear vision in his mind of what he wanted to create. The idea was to promote the beauty and attraction the seaside town Whitby has to offer, and to guide people onto their holiday cottages website. He provided us with his chosen image and asked us to super impose the picture onto his mini.

We decided that the image would look better if it was faded out rather than a square block image. This is what gives the finished product a lovely artistic feel, that compliments the image. To get this effect the image was digitally printed onto clear exterior grade vehicle wrap vinyl, allowing the colour of the car to be seen through in the lighter areas of the image. Using wrap vinyl rather than just your standard printed vinyl ensures that the image can be placed in all the nooks and crannies of the vehicle, so you don’t have to cut all the recess out. For a design like this where it is all about the finish of a powerful image a wrap is the way to go. A bit pricier than your standard printed vinyl, but worth it for that flawless finish. This method has given a sepia type effect to the image which goes nicely with the colour of the mini. The final tweaks were just editing where and how the information would be displayed.
